PURPOSE: A process of preparing a pig's trotters meat product capable of being easily cooked at home using a broiling plate by a user is provided. Whereby, the product is eliminated in the odor of the pork and has a fresh taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: Pig's feet whose hair and claws are removed are cut to about 1.5cm in thickness, soaked in a green tea liquid containing 5 to 20% by weight of one-year-or-more-old green tea leaves for 12hrs or more and added with fruit juice of pine apple, kiwi, apple and pear. The pretreated pig's feet is mixed with a suitable amount of garlic, onion, starch syrup, soy sauce, MSG and black pepper, and aged for 24hrs or more.
