How to re-state operation of the access network and exchange during provisioning in the V5.2 protocol

PURPOSE: A method for managing states of an access network and a switching device when performing re-provisioning procedure in protocol V5.2 is provided to manage states of a local switching device and an access network by setting up a re-provisioning timer to the local switching device and the access network. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing states of an access network and a switching device when performing re-provisioning procedure in protocol V5.2 comprises the following steps. A re-provisioning timer is set up between a local switching device and an access network after performing a start message. A start-up procedure is performed after the timer is finished.
