A BTS for private network and a hand-off method between private network and public natwork in CDMA system

PURPOSE: A private network BTS(Base Transceiver Station) for a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) system and a hand-off method between a private wireless network and a public mobile network are provided to continuously perform a corresponding service in an idle state or a busy state when a terminal for a public or private network service enters within a specific private network. CONSTITUTION: In case that a terminal receives a service in a public network by No. 2 frequency among No. 2-N frequencies(S201), the terminal recognizes a pilot beacon of a private network No. 2 frequency transmitted from a private network BTS. If a pilot beacon level of the received private network No. 2 frequency is higher than a pilot level of the public network No. 2 frequency over a uniform level and a hand-off condition is satisfied, the terminal is tuned to the pilot beacon and automatically performs a hand-off(S213). The terminal enters in a system initialization state since a synchronous channel and a paging channel are not received(S214). The terminal is tuned to a private network No. 0 channel frequency since a primary frequency is previously set as a No. 0 channel frequency(S215), and receives the synchronous channel and the paging channel and receives a private network dedicated service of an idle state(S216).
