Precast concrete segment for arch type culvert and construction method using this segment

PURPOSE: A precast member for arch-shaped passage construction and an arch-shaped passage construction method are provided to reduce a term of works and to improve the quality of construction with superior internal force against earth pressure and simple construction. CONSTITUTION: An arch-shaped passage construction method using a precast wall and a ceiling plate for arch-shaped passage construction comprises the steps of: erecting walls(1) to face bed projections for placing a ceiling plate(2) by taking an exact position on both sides of footing concrete(27) formed by placing ready-mixed concrete on a floor where an arch-shaped passage is constructed, then evening and curing the concrete surface; strengthening the connected state by placing the ceiling plate to set a coupler hole(7) perpendicular to a coupler hole(9) of the walls and putting couplers(24) in both coupler holes; and arranging a floor main reinforcing bar(25) and a transverse reinforcement(26) between parallel ground contact areas of both walls erected to face each other, then concreting and filling up with soil.
