Separation and rise apparatus of tundish inclusion using electro magnetic of phased array type

PURPOSE: A device for separating and floating inclusions inside a tundish is provided to produce a clean slab by effectively separating and floating the inclusions with electromagnetic force of phase array method. CONSTITUTION: Inclusion floating and separating devices are combined with the surface of a chamber for separating and floating inclusions. The inclusion floating and separating devices comprise many unit electromagnetic force generators(13-24); power supply and time delay units(25-36) to control or to delay a supplying time of power into the unit electromagnetic force generators according to a condition; and a power supply and time delay control unit(12) to supply the power and to control the delaying time. Inclusions inside a tundish are effectively separated and floated by making various stirring patterns with the electromagnetic force of phase array method.
