PURPOSE: An optical transmission module using an optical fiber having a tilt angle and a reference side of a silicon optical bench is provided to perform easily a manual alignment process, minimize the reflective light on a boundary part of the optical fiber, and improve the optical coupling efficiency between a laser element and the optical fiber by using a silicon optical bench. CONSTITUTION: An optical transmission module includes a silicon optical bench, a laser element, and an optical fiber(63). The silicon optical bench has a V-shaped groove(61). An inclined reflective side(62) is formed on the V-shaped groove. The laser element is arranged on the silicon optical bench in order to be overlapped on an upper portion of the inclined reflective side. The optical fiber is arranged on the V-shaped groove. The optical fiber has an inclined optical incident side(65). The laser element is formed with an LED or a VCSEL.
