PURPOSE: A dynamic image reconstruction system and method and recording medium is provided to reduce computation load and allow for a real time dynamic reconstruction. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic image reconstruction system comprises an electrical impedance tomography unit having a plurality of channel electrodes attachable to a boundary surface of a target(10) of measurement, and which injects a plurality of current patterns in accordance with external control data, through each channel electrode and measures the voltage applied to the boundary surface; and a dynamic image reconstruction unit(100) having an image reconstruction algorithm for estimating distribution of electrical characteristics of a resistor in the target, and which reconstructs images of the resistor in the target by repeatedly estimating a resistivity and distribution of the resistor from the voltage data measured for each injected current pattern.
