PURPOSE: A method for providing a graphic tool on internet, a method for providing a graphic bulletin board, and a method for providing a graphic chatting are provided to utilize a graphic bulletin board and a graphic chatting as well as a text input on internet. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing a graphic tool on internet comprises the steps of: providing a child process to a connected user; providing a graphic tool to the user according to log-in of the user; and receiving and storing user's image data. A method for providing a graphic bulletin board comprises the steps of: providing a graphic bulletin board to a user according to the user's registration request for the graphic bulletin board; permitting a notice to the graphic bulletin board according to the user's request; and transmitting requested page to the user according to an inspection request for other notice. A method for providing a graphic chatting comprises the steps of: transmitting a graphic chatting window to a user according to the user's selection for chatting rooms; and providing the graphic chatting service.
