Manufacturing method of shrimp bait for fishing

PURPOSE: A preparation method of shrimp bait for fishing is provided to process shrimp bait more suitable for fishing by impregnating with hydro-solution, ethylene glycol, threa solution. Thereby, shrimp bait would not be decayed, damaged, and dropped off at needle easily. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of (i) impregnating shrimp with hydro-solution for 10 min for preventing decay; (ii) impregnating the obtained shrimp in step 1 with a solution consisting 10 wt.% of sorbitol, 10 wt.% of strawberry additive, and 80 wt.% of ethylene glycol(99%) for 30 min for preventing being frozen during distribution; (iii) dehydrating the shrimp for adjusting the water content to be 30%; (iv) impregnating the obtained shrimp in step 3 with a solution consisting 10 wt.% of water, 90 wt.% of threa solution for 10 min for giving elastic force to the shrimp; (v) drying the shrimp by cool wind for adjusting the water content to be 30%; (vi) vacuum packing the shrimp.
