PURPOSE: A process for preparing lotus leaves tea drink is provided to remove fresh smell and impurities from lotus leaves tea and maintaining bio-stimulating components including vitamin C and chlorophyll in lotus leaves tea. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing lotus leaves tea drink comprises the steps of: steaming cut lotus leaves with steam having the pressure of 90 to 100 kgf/cm2 for 40 to 50 seconds and cooling them; heating the lotus leaves with 75 to 110 deg. C hot wind for 15 to 25 minutes; cooling the lotus leaves at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes; heating the lotus leaves with 30 to 40 deg. C hot wind for 20 to 30 minutes; blowing the lotus leaves with 40 to 50 deg. C hot wind and storing them for 15 to 25 minutes; drying the lotus leaves at 60 to 70 deg. C for 30 to 40 minutes; treating the lotus leaves in a flavor-adding device at 80 to 90 deg. C for 20 to 40 minutes; adding 5 to 20% oligosaccharide containing water into the lotus leaves and heating the mixture solution at 70 to 100 deg. C; and filtering the mixture solution, sealing the filtered solution in a vessel, sealing the vessel and sterilizing the vessel at 80 to 90 deg. C for 30 to 60 deg. C.
