PURPOSE: Provided is a complicated process for repairing and reinforcing a concrete girder used as a cast for bridge in case of generating cracks or other damages by utilizing thread type tensioning apparatus and reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of securing a bracket(20) to end of a concrete girder(10) bent and having cracks; thread-coupling a tendon(50) at center portion of a rotation element(72) supported to the bracket(20); rotation-driving the element(72) by means of a rotation-driving unit(60) to linearly move the tendon(50) and to apply a post-tensioning strength in order to repair the bending modification and cracks of the girder(10); reinforcing the girder(10) by applying a reinforcement over the crack portions to reinforce the girder(10). The process is effective to increase durability of the girder(10).
