A fertilizer from the waste of agricultural, marine and stock raising products and sludge and its preparing method

PURPOSE: Fertilizer and its manufacturing method from waste and sludge of agriculture, livestock and fisheries are provided to produce a new type of alkaline fertilizer by crushing the waste and the sludge and then mixing them with natural mineral powder for utilizing the waste source, preventing environment contamination and enriching soil. CONSTITUTION: Fertilizer from waste and sludge of agriculture, livestock and fisheries is mixed 100 wt.% of waste, sludge or these mixture with 0.5-10 wt.% of limestone powder. The fertilizer is dried after shaped-processing into a required size and shape. Zeolite powder of 0.5-5 wt.% is put into the waste of agriculture and livestock of 100 wt.% and is stirred. The limestone powder of 20-70 wt.% with keeping the heat of reaction at 100-300C is stirred until the water content is 50-60% for a first mixture. 100 wt.% of the first mixture is mixed with 10-30 wt.% of the zeolite powder, dolomite or this mixture for a second mixture. 100 wt.% of the second mixture is mixed with 10-30 wt.% of kaolin powder, germanium powder or ocher powder for having 15-25% of the water content.
