Preparation Method of Catalyst Composition for the Removal of Particulate Materials in the Exhaust of Diesel Vehicles

PURPOSE: Provided are a catalytic composition for removing particulate matters discharged from diesel vehicle, which shows good combustion efficiency for the particulate matters discharged from the diesel vehicle, a filter prepared by using the same, a wash-coated filter and a strainer. CONSTITUTION: The catalytic composition for removing particulate matters generated from diesel vehicle is prepared by (a) heating waste catalyst discharged from heavy residual fuel oil decomposing facilities after a desulfurization process for pretreatment; and (b) pulverizing the pretreated waste catalyst into fine powder having a diameter of 100-800 mesh and comprises not more than 30 wt.% of vanadium, not more than 20 wt.% of molybdenum, not more than 10 wt.% of nickel, not more than 20 wt.% of cobalt and not more than 60 wt.% of aluminum.
