PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing magnesium alloys and components excellent in corrosion resistance using semisolid/semiliquid process, where after pro-eutectic nodules emerge in slurry state magnesium via magnesium stirring under semisolid/semiliquid phase, a second phase that acts as a corrosion inhibitor is formed around the pro-eutectic nodules through solidification. CONSTITUTION: The process for manufacturing magnesium alloys and components excellent in corrosion resistance using semisolid/semiliquid process include: (i) stirring semisolid/semiliquid magnesium alloys to obtain slurry phase magnesium alloys while solidification in the temperature range 437 to 650deg.C; (ii) molding the magnesium slurry into an article; and (iii) heat treatment of the article in the temperature range 100 to 350deg.C.
