PURPOSE: A system and method for providing suitable type financial technology information embodied in a web site is provided to analyze requesting contents of a client and supply information about the optimum investment portfolio of a client to a plurality of members through a simulation based on a database systematically analyzed various kinds open investment commodities to a plurality of members. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(21) is provided for receiving client commodity data, the present property state and question paper data being invested by the client from a client connected through a web browser(21). The first memory(22) stores commodity information including the current profit rate and an average profit rate during a predetermined period on the basis of the present time with respect to a predetermined standard index and the open standard company, incomes/expenses data according to items extracted statistically, and client commodity data. A commodity result evaluation index calculating unit(23) calculates a result evaluation index of each investment commodity based on a risk rate and an earning rate data obtained from the commodity information data being stored in the first memory. The second memory(24) stores the risk rate, an earning rate data, and the result evaluation index of each investment commodity according to commodities. A client result evaluation index calculating unit(25) analyzes an inclination of the client based on the risk rate, earning rate data, and the received question paper being stored in the second memory(24), and calculates an investing risk rate accepted by the client and an object earning rate data, and calculates a client's result evaluation index based on the data. A commodity result index detecting unit(29) calculates an incomes/expenses state from statistical incomes/expenses data being stored in the first memory(22) and a property state and incomes/expenses data inputted by the user. A search unit(26) extracts at least one investment commodity having the optimum commodity evaluation index by searching the second memory(24). A transmitting unit(28) transmits commodity information of the extracted commodity to the user computer through the internet as client's investment information.
