Low-Noise Blower having a Hybrid Impeller of Differently-Shaped Blades

PURPOSE: A low noise air blower is provided to minimize noise generated from the air blower regardless of the rotating frequency of impeller by installing blades with different shapes to the impeller or hub of rotor. CONSTITUTION: A low noise air blower is characterized in that an impeller of the air blower has blades which are formed by combining one or more elements from among the shape of cross section of each blade, pitch of each blade and sweep angle of each blade. The combination of the elements is performed in a non-uniform manner with respect to each blade. The blade has non-uniform pitches when the shape of cross section of each part is the same at the same radial position. The blade has non-uniform sweep angle when the shape of cross section of each part and the pitches are the same.
