PURPOSE: Provided is a high functional electroluminescent polymer containing a phenylene vinylene group as a main chain with four substituents having large sterical hindrance, which can emit high pure green color and is excellent in color tuning. CONSTITUTION: The high functional electroluminescent polymer represented by the formula 1 contains a poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV) as a main chain with four substituents containing at least one long chain aliphatic alkyl or alkoxy. And the high functional electroluminescent polymer represented by the polymer of formula 2 is produced by copolymerizing monomers of the electroluminescent polymer represented by the formula 1 and monomers of OC1C10-PPV. In the formula, R1, R2, and R3 are independently C1-C20 long chain or branched alkyl, R4 is C1-C20 long chain alkyl, branched alkyl, or C1-C20 long chain or branched alkoxy, x is 0.1-0.9, and y is 0.9-0.1.
