PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a real time total sensitivity and a system thereof are provided to evaluate sensitivity of a human being in real time based on a living body signal evaluation and a subjective evaluation. A predetermined weighting factor is applied to a sensitivity evaluation result using a living body signal and a sensitivity evaluation result using the digitizer, respectively, and the final sensitivity evaluation result is drawn(S440). In addition, an automatic subjective evaluation is performed(S450). The total result is drawn using the results of the above (S440) and (S450) stages(S460).
