PURPOSE: Provided are wooden pieces coated with material being useful for human bodies and having strong durability, which can be used for producing wooden goods such as a wooden mat, a wooden sheet, a wooden pillow, etc. CONSTITUTION: The wooden piece is produced by a process comprising the steps of: forming a wooden piece(11) by cutting wood; coating at least one side of the wooden piece with a base paint(12) containing jade powder, yellow soil powder, charcoal powder, or magnetic powder; drying the base paint(12); spreading a surface paint(13) on the base paint(12), wherein the surface paint(13) is one selected from the group consisting of a UV resin paint, a varnish paint, and an enamel paint; drying the surface paint(13). The base paint layer(12) has colors and shapes and the surface paint layer(13) is transparent hard coating layer.
