PURPOSE: A duty correction control method to a maximum duty line is provided to prevent the divergence of duty by reducing the duty at a constant value if control duty is contacted to the maximum duty line. CONSTITUTION: A duty correction control method to a maximum duty line is composed of steps for inputting a shift signal detected in shifting(S100); judging a present shift state to the input shift signal and outputting control duty correspondent to the shift state(S200); deciding if the control duty is contacted to the maximum duty line(S300); reducing the constant amount of decompression duty if the control duty is contacted to the maximum duty line(S400); and performing the control of correction duty(S500). A duty correction control device comprises a shift signal output unit for outputting a throttle valve opening signal, a shift detecting signal, and a turbine RPM(Revolution per Minute) signal; a control unit for detecting a shift state of a vehicle by receiving a signal output from the shift signal output unit; and a driving unit for supplying the hydraulic pressure to the control duty output from the control unit.
