PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing electronic components using a vision system is provided to enhance reliability and satisfaction by improving productivity and economical efficiency of a test apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A feeder portion(20) transfers electronic components by using a vibration action. The electronic components are transferred to the feeder portion(20) by a hopper(10). A liner feeder portion(30) is used for supplying the electronic components, sequentially. A rotating portion(40) is formed with a glass plate in order to test the electronic components. An alignment portion(50) is used for arranging the electronic components in order to test correctly the electronic components. A camera(60) is used for photographing each side of the electronic components. An encoder(70) detects location information from an image photographed by the camera(60). A counter sensor(71) is used for sensing image signals of the camera(60) and the number of the electronic components. A micro computer(80) is used for processing signals of the encoder(70) and the counter sensor(71). A control portion(90) outputs a control signal according to an output signal of the micro computer(80). A plurality of nozzles(91,92) is used for dividing the electronic components into good components and bad components according to the control signal of the control portion(90).
