THE METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF EGG CONTAINING ANTI-E.COLI IGY, ANTI-ROTAVIRUS IGY SIMULTANEOUSLY, EGG, YOLK, IGY THEREOF AND FORMULATED MILK POWDER CONTAINING ANTI-E.COLI IGY, ANTI-ROTAVIRUS IGY

PURPOSE: A process of preparing the subject egg by antigenizing Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC) and rotavirus causing diarrhea and then simultaneously innoculating into a chicken is provided. Whereby, a composite special immunoprotein containing anti-E. coli special immunoprotein(IgY) and anti-rotavirus special immunoprotein(IgY) is obtained and can be effectively used as a food additive. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion liquid of an ETEC antigen and a rotavirus antigen is inoculated in 1ml into a chicken in the first stage, an emulsion liquid having emulsified each antigen with an emulsion aid(ISA25) is inoculated in 1ml 3 times in time intervals of 2 weeks and then an emulsion liquid having emulsified each antigen with an emulsion aid(ISA25) is inoculated in 0.5ml 4 times in time intervals of 1 month into laying hens, along with a total inoculation of 8 times.
