PURPOSE: A device for driving a pile to the bottom surface of the sea by vacuum is provided to simplify the insertion of a pile with simple equipment for measuring the depth of the bottom of the sea and the pressure in a cylinder to estimate the basic supporting force precisely, and reduce the generation of noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: A device for driving a pile to the bottom surface of the sea by vacuum includes a pump for sucking water or air, a cylinder(100) vertically mounted on the bottom of the sea, a pile(112) contacting an inner surface of the cylinder, having a diameter equal to an inner diameter of the cylinder and a piston(111) attached to a portion contacting the inner diameter of the cylinder with a piston ring(110) for sealing, and a tubular element for connecting the pump to the piston at an upper part of the pile to discharge the water or air in the cylinder to the outside when the pump is in operation.
