CALL DROP REASON ANALYSIS METHOD USING MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing the cause of call drop using a mobile communication terminal is provided to early detect problems of a system and a terminal and improve the problems by searching the cause of the call drop in the mobile communication terminal when the call drop is generated. CONSTITUTION: If an MS(Mobile Station) is in a call drop state during communication(S11), the MS is converted into an idle state(S12). The MS searches the cause of the call drop(S13). The MS transmits a call drop message generated by the MS and transmits the generated call drop message to a system(S14,S15). The system analyzes the cause of the call drop from the call drop message received from the MS(S16). A BSM(Base Station Management) performs a statistics process of the cause of the call drop(S17). The BSM discriminates a problem device from the processed contents according to areas, base stations, base station channels, and MSs for removing the cause through an operator(S18).
