The subject innovation relates to an Artificial Reef prepared by the concrete composition using the recycled aggregate, more specifically, cement 291~457kg / m ^3, coarse aggregates play a 764~994kg / m ^3, natural sand, crushed sand, reproduced sand one or more selected from the group consisting of fine aggregate respectively 0~909kg / m ^3, relate to Artificial Reef which is produced by the high-performance AE water reducing agent for concrete compositions comprising less than 2% of 35-55% of water and cement by weight of the cement weight. Artificial Reefs of the present design is superior technical power, economic interests, and the social and environmental effects of the use of recycled aggregates.
