FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining tissue area impedance of a segment fixed with compression-distraction apparatus in noninvasive way. The result is compared to impedance of contralateral extremity tissue area that is like the first one in longitudinal sizes. Tissue impedance in injured segment being equal to or greater than one of the healthy segment, pyoinflammatory process development is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high reliability of early stage diagnosis.
