Insertion of this sequence into expression vector and transfection host-cells with this vector ensures to carry out isolation and purification of functionally active recombinant form of receptor. Along with full-scale polypeptide of human FSH-receptor truncated from C-end fragments retaining ability to bind FSH are obtained by method of recombinant DNA. Invention proposes pharmaceutical composition for decrease of endogenous activity of FSH involving recombinant human FSH- receptor or its active fragment as active component. Invention can be used in pharmaceutical industry and medicinal practice for decrease endogenous activity of follicle-stimulating hormone.
