SUBSTANCE: one should affect with synchronized magnetic fields onto area of visual cortex projection along with ocular photostimulation at the most efficient frequencies determined based upon registration and analysis of bioelectric activity of brain, daily for 15-20 min, 10-15 seances per treatment course. Moreover, one should use impulse magnetic field at 1.2-2 Tl, simultaneously one should carry out local photostimulation in projection of visual fields' defects at the absence of electric stimulation.
