METHOD FOR THE PLASTY OF PERIPHERAL NERVES' DEFECTS AT COMBINED DEFORMATIONS OF LIMBS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should use a blood-supplied fragment of thoracodorsal nerve, a nerve's distal fragment is dissected near the entrance into the broadest muscle of back. Its proximal and distal ends are connected with proximal and distal ends of limb's nerve. Defect of soft tissues is replaced with a thoracodorsal fragment. Transplant's vessels are connected with the vessels of a limb. The method enables to restore limb's function, decrease traumaticity level of interference, shorten therapy terms and restore the function of a limb. EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty. 2 dwg
