摘要

FIELD: spectrometric measurement of composition of substances. SUBSTANCE: method includes setting of standard specimens or reference media on structural members of pickup, periodic movement of standard specimens or reference media and sounding unit of pickup relative one another in compliance with preset program without bringing pickup beyond transportation flow, recording of value of measured parameter of each standard specimen or reference medium and correction of pickup according to measurement results of graduation equations. Pickup has cylindrical enclosure housing sounding unit which includes frame, radiation source and detector. Second cylindrical enclosure is mounted for rotation by drive outside of enclosure, its internal surface carries reference media. Cylindrical enclosures have windows for outlet and inlet of primary and secondary radiation correspondingly. Sounding unit is placed and fixed opposite to window of internal cylindrical enclosure. EFFECT: reduced labor input to correction of graduation of pickups, increased timeliness of control over technological processes thanks to independent automatic implementation of all operations required for correction without bringing pickup beyond confines of transportation flow. 4 cl, 3 dwg
