FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enzymatically detachable linker bound to solid phase such as ceramics, glass, latex, cross-linked polystyrenes, cross-linked polyacrylamides or other resins, natural polymers, silica gels, air gels, and hydrogels, on which linker organic compounds are synthesized on a functional group and which linker contains site recognizable by hydrolytic enzyme. Upon reaction with this enzyme, linker decomposes so that synthesized product contains no linker components. Enzyme-recognizable site is selected from group including ester bonds, acid amide bonds, ether bonds, phosphoric acid ester bonds, and glycoside bonds and this site or sites, where synthetic products are released when clinker is decomposed, are different.
