FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves mounting device having transparent balloon and flow system in abdominal cavity and introducing it via small orifice in ligamentum Gastrocolicum into omental bursa when performing endovideosurgical intervention. After having set the trocar in device tube and pumping the balloon, adjacent organs and tissues are observed using laparoscope through the transparent walls close to omental bursa walls. When needed, the device is left in the omental bursa. The trocar with laparoscope is withdrawn and set into the flow system. Device perfusion with cooled physiological salt solution is carried out via the flow system. EFFECT: facilitated pancreas visualization; enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 1 dwg
