METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT PLASTIC REPAIR OF PERFORATED NASAL DEFECTS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves covering a defect with polyethylene film and cutting out its outline pattern. When producing cutaneofascial flap, internal surface of radial fascia is uncovered without transecting vascular pedicle in blunt or sharp way on an area matching the pattern in size. Then, the skin flap split to papillary layer taken from thigh or gluteal area is laid with its internal surface over the internal fascia surface, spread and fixed with interrupted surgical sutures. The wound is tightly sutured. After achieving blood vessel proliferation into underlying skin, radial fascia is accessed via the old suture and biepithelialized cutaneofascial flap with full cutaneous layer is cut out on the external surface of the radial fascia and split skin graft coalesced to the internal fascia surface. The flap is placed on the defect zone with its split skin inside making in this way internal nasal lining. EFFECT: high functional and cosmetic effectiveness in donor and recipient zone.
