SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of mixture of biocompatible hydrogel with insulin as medicinal preparation that is administrated by intra-cavernous route. Insulin dose does not exceed 1/2 of daily dose for patient. Preparation is administrated for two stages: firstly, 1/3 of required volume and the remaining dose in 2-3 weeks. Method is the most effective as compared with the known ones, it is simple in fulfillment, reduces by-side effect to minimum and ensures to obtain positive results in 97.5% of patients.
