FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-3- -methanamine as pure geometrical -isomers of the general formula (I) where U represents the formula (A) or (B) where V represents hydrogen or halogen atom, (C₁-C₃)-alkyl group or one either two (C₁-C₃)-alkoxy-groups; each of W and X represents two oxygen atoms either oxygen atom and group CH₂ or group CH₂ and oxygen atom, either oxygen atom and group CO; n = 0 or 1; R represents propyl group when U means the formula (A) either hydrogen atom or (C₁-C₃)-alkyl when U means the formula (B); Y represents one or more atoms or group including hydrogen, halogen atom and so on; Z represents hydrogen, oxygen atom. Invention relates also to drug containing compound of the formula (I) showing affinity to dopaminergic receptors of type D₂ and D₃ and serotoninergic receptors of type 5-HT_1A and 5-HT₂ and to pharmaceutical composition showing affinity to dopaminergic receptors of type D₂ and D₃ and serotoninergic receptors of type 5-HT_1A and 5-HT₂ containing compound of the formula (I) and excipient. Invention provides synthesis of novel derivatives of 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane- -3-methanamine. EFFECT: valuable medicinal and pharmacological properties of compounds. 6 cl, 3 tbl
