FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cellular immunity pathology and diagnostics of chronic inflammatory diseases of respiratory pathways. Scarificated cutaneous section is covered with glass to obtain the print of cellular exudate, dried, fixed, stained by Romanovsky, studied under microscope and at considerable accumulation of fibers with observed collagen production by fibroblasts as massive bundles in all vision fields, decreased chemotaxis of macrophages up to 8,5±2,2% cells with signs of their structural and enzymatic degradation, accumulation of neutrophils at the background of IgE level increase and decrease of alphaand gamma-interferon values one should diagnose relapsing croup resulting into postinflammatory fibrosis of respiratory pathways; at poor or moderate accumulation of coarse collagen fibers, neutrophils, fibroblasts, structuralfunctional degradation and decreased chemotaxis of macrophages up to 22,4±1,44%, on average, at the background of normal values of IgE, alpha- and gamma-interferon one should diagnose relapsing obstructive bronchitis resulting into postinflammatory fibrosis of respiratory pathways. The innovation helps to evaluate the fibrosis degree of aseptic inflammation reaction area. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
