SUBSTANCE: method involves selectively condensing on magnoimmunosorbents, washing samples with their following boiling in water, genetically testing by applying polymerase chain reaction method. Blood serum is taken from patient and formed elements are destroyed by adding distilled water in 1:45- 1:50 proportion and stirring it. Selective condensation on magnoimmunosorbents is carried out after adding 10% brucellosis magnoimmunosorbents in the amount of 0.02 mg/l and incubating during 25-30 min. EFFECT: high reliability and sensitivity of method.
