METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTING OUTFLUX WAYS FROM RIGHT VETRICLE AT ATRESIA OF PULMONARY ARTERY

FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: artificial circulation is applied. Patient should be cooled under conditions of artificial circulation without pinching venae cava. For this purpose, one should, first, lance pulmonary trunk and suture a patch into incision of pulmonary trunk up to the level of projection of pulmonary artery valve with pinched turnstile due to pulmonary arteries. Then, after pinching venae cava and applying complete perfusion heart cavity should be lanced to suture a patch onto right ventricle. Heart cavities should be sealed. Patient should be heated. The suggested method enables to exclude postperfusion complications, develop good exposure of operation field and shorten the time of operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction. 1 ex
