FIELD: study of regional peculiarities of structure of territories. SUBSTANCE: mixed space of geological and geophysical characteristics including geological parameters of upper intervals of section, for instance, structural and paleostructural indices of Meso- Kainozoic part of sedimentary mantle as well as set of characteristics of observed geophysical fields and/or their transformations are formed by data of seismic-gravimetric-magnetic prospecting and drilling. Zoning of investigated territory is carried out. Sections similar in structure are isolated. Mixed spaces of geological and geophysical characteristics are converted within limits of similar sections to space of main components. Significant main components are isolated, optimum regression equations are found and depth of reflecting horizon is calculated by them. Structural plan of deeply immersed separation boundaries of sedimentary mantle is predicted by means of regression equations. EFFECT: increased accuracy and authenticity of method. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
