METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTING DIDACTYLOUS WRIST AT INHERENT ULNAR CLUB HAND

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should remove club hand, carry out capsulotomy of metacarpo-carpal articulation of 1st finger, rotation, removal into position of opposition and fixation, detect tendons of 1st finger's extensors, venous branches, tendon of 2nd finger's flexor, volar finger nerves, in distal department of forearm one should detect either radial or ulnar artery, detect second toes of foot with arteries, veins, tendons and finger nerves, transfer toes into position of 2nd-3d fingers, tendons and finger nerves are sutured, vascular anastomoses are applied, lateral surface of 1st finger is covered with local tissues, cutaneous defect on 4th finger and wrist's rear should be covered with transplants taken from lateral femoral surface that enables to develop four-finger wrist at restoration of fingers' function. EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction. 6 dwg, 1 ex
