SUBSTANCE: wing 1 includes axisymmetric plate with sharp edges and two rounded-off projections located symmetrically relative to center of plate; each projection is twisted relative to its axis of symmetry. Plate may be made with four rounded-off projections located symmetrically relative to center of plate.
