摘要

FIELD: mining and construction industries, breaking hard rocks while drilling shot holes and geologic exploratory holes with use of hole borers. SUBSTANCE: process consists in superimposition of additional momentum on impact momentum caused by action of striking mechanism. Additional momentum is formed by movement of heavy magnetoactive fluid of low viscosity. Formation of momentum is controlled by means of external magnetic field and change of volume of magnetoactive fluid. Gear for realization of process has rock-breaking tool, striking mechanism including piston with internal space filled with heavy magnetoactive fluid of low viscosity. Striking mechanism is fitted with electromagnetic windings housed in its body. Piston is hollow, can change volume of its internal space and is spring-loaded. EFFECT: increased wear resistance of bits, raised drilling speed. 3 cl, 5 dwg
