Each ordered pair includes signals presenting sum of two harmonic oscillations with frequencies Ω1 and Ω2, computed by mathematical expressions. Signals in pairs display in time interval To simultaneously mutual frequency orthogonality between components with different frequencies and mutual phase orthogonality between components with same frequencies. Facility for realization of method has antenna system including four omnidirectional antenna elements positioned equidistantly along circumference, receiver of frequency-modulated signals, unit for multiplexing and modulation of phase, former of controlling orthogonal signals, unit for signal processing and information display comprising frequency Ω1 rejection filter, first and second amplifiers, frequency Ω2 rejection filter, loudspeaker, demultiplexing unit, former of reference signals, indication computing and controlling unit, indicator of bearing angle, indicator of amplitude level, former of starting pulse, controllable delay line and master generator. Facility built in compliance with another variant differs by number of omnidirectional antenna elements ( there should be 5 elements ) and use of amplitude modulation.
