METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATING COMPLETE PROLAPSE OF UTERUS AND VAGINAL WALLS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should perform circular incision of vaginal mucosa. Both anterior and posterior vaginal arches are lanced. Uterine fundus is taken out of opening in anterior arch. Clamps are applied onto sacral-uterine, cardinal broad, round ligaments, own ovarian ligaments, uterine departments of tubes. Hysterectomy is carried out. Moreover, clamps are applied one-by-one right-hand and left-hand onto all ligamentous uterine apparatus. Vaginal cupola is formed by special technique. Tissues fixed in clamps should be sutured. Free ends of ligatures are crossed and tied. Both clamps are removed, tissues are fixed into single ligamentous conglomerate. Anterior and posterior vaginal plasty is conducted. EFFECT: decreased traumaticity of surgical interference.
