FIELD: agriculture, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: the suggested allergen is represented by polysaccharide complexes of muscular trichina larvae obtained due to mechanic homogenization and ultrasound impact. Allergen could be used for extensive epizootological trials in trichinosis-unfavorable farms. Allergen could be applied under farm conditions, one should obtain the result for several hours. Moreover, specificity of diagnostics exceeds analogs values by more than 2 times. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 1 ex
