SUBSTANCE: in neonatals one should study intestinal microflora, isolate pure culture of enterococcus, detect the type and informative signs - quantitative values of anticomplementary activity of microorganism a, antilysozymic activity b, anti-beta- lysine activity f, lysozym-synthesizing activity c, degree of proteolytic activity of microorganism e and value of microbial inoculation degree d to calculate corresponding discriminant function for isolated enterococcal type: F1 for Enterococcus faecalis strains = 0.121861 x a - 0.504115 x b + 1.05431 x c - 0.474428 x d + 1.32988 x e + 0.036062 x f - 6.87778 or F2 for Enterococcus faecium starins = 1.90725 x c + 0.553682 x d + 0.0387757 x f - 7.01385, and if F1 is above 0 or F2 is above 0.394925 one should predict unfavorable flow, and if F1 is below 0 or F2 is below 0.394925 one should predict favorable flow of antibiotic-dependent intestinal dysbacteriosis in neonatals. The present innovation enables to carry out earlier diagnostics to match optimal scheme for therapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction.
