FIELD: dressing enterprises, development of ore deposits. SUBSTANCE: according to procedure samples of pure monomineral garnet fraction and fraction of enclosing rock that does not contain garnet are taken, their actual densities are found and rate of increment of content of garnet is computed. Samples of any beneficiation products are selected, their actual densities are determined and content of garnet in products is calculated.
