Then method involves animal blood sampling in 2 months after immunization and for 6 months, preparing immune serum and its selective adsorption with other antigen-related proteins. Invention can be used for preparing monospecific polyclonal antisera to closely related proteins in diagnosis of some diseases. Invention provides the development of simplified, relatively inexpensive and technological method for preparing monospecific polyclonal antisera to antigen-related proteins.
