FIELD: computer-aided control of production volume, planning and allocation of resources. SUBSTANCE: method includes generation of requests for data retrieval in data bases incorporating data on planned responses associated with production and use of resources, on their probable routes, and on locations where they can be used and/or processed, as well as data characterizing resource-using objects. In case of failure of retrieval rule related to fact stating that such data are not available is sought in knowledge base and if such rule is found, new request is generated basing on its conclusion, and data retrieval is resumed according to this request; new request is generated each time until requested data are found whereupon parameters characterizing resource supply conditions are computed.
