The damper has a fuel pipe (1) supplying a burner (12) and a perforated disc (3) rotating axially to the fuel pipe with an eccentric hole (4) through which fuel flows. The disc can be displaced at ninety deg. to the axis of rotation. Drives for rotation (10) and displacement (11) of the disc are linked with a pressure sensor (13) measuring the amplitude and frequency of pressure sensor (13) measuring the amplitude and frequency of pressure oscillations in the combustion chamber (17) through an automatic controller (18). The controller regulates the speed an displacement of the perforated plate according to the load dependent pressure oscillations in the combustion chamber.
